No. The pice you see on the product lsting and he speciied shipping fee are what you pay. There are no hidden charges. However, it should be noted that you need to bear the customs clearance fees and taxes for the package on your own after it arrives in the destination country.
Like all gold-plated items, our products will eventually show some signs of wear. However, we use a thicker gold plating than most on the market, which helps to extend the lifespan and maintain the color for a longer period. With proper care, you can enjoy your gold-plated pieces for a long time.

The delivery time depends on your country, as well as factors like customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and local postal delays. Our earrings feature S925 silver posts, which are slightly softer than other metals. While this makes them perfect for sensitive ears, they can occasionally bend during shipping. Don’t worry—simply adjust the post by gently using your fingers to straighten it.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals: Remove jewelry before using cleaning products, perfumes, or lotions. Store properly: Keep your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch to avoid scratches. The theme package includes theme source, Photoshop design files, sample data and manual guide.
Yes. Normally, the theme will resize images to a default size (based on your width/height ratio setting). We also have Crop setting if you don’t want to scale the image.
Yes, you can. Just simply follow the instructions in our Manual Guide, you will be able to easily create a multi-level menu.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
