Time-Limited Pickup Obligation: Failure to collect the package within the retention period specified by the local postal service (typically 7–15 days, depending on the destination) will be deemed a unilateral waiver of the order by the buyer.

 

Our small shop handles every order manually - some take hours to pack because we literally count and wrap each tiny piece by hand (super time-consuming!). With inventory flying off shelves both online and in-store, our website stock might not update instantly. 
We sincerely apologize if there are any out-of-stock items in your order. Please refer to the following solutions:

• We'll message you within 2-3 days
• Options: Refund / Color or style swap / Wait for restock
No response within 3 days? We will prioritize refunding the out-of-stock items and ship your package as soon as possible.
