Returns Policy
Most new, unopened, and unused items (excluding specific products such as but not limited to earring accessories, customized products, glass products, and discounted products) are eligible for return or exchange. Buyers may request a return within 7 days of receipt, and shall bear the return shipping costs as well as any potential customs duties incurred.
If the order issue is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, a defective item, etc.), we will bear your losses by providing either a full refund or a replacement item.
You should receive your return or refund after the package is delivered to the return address; however, in most cases, the refund will be processed more quickly. This time frame includes the following stages:
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 60 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
